Ecological Sustainability
We go out, get involved, and leave behind less than we found. During our annual CSR Day, the entire team collects trash in the region; in our daily routine, we work paperless, remote-first, and actively offset CO₂ emissions through tree planting.
Social Engagement
Our knowledge also belongs to those who need it most. We bring cybersecurity to schools, support food banks, and organize annual wish tree campaigns together with Startplatz. As a signatory of the Diversity Charter, we actively advocate for fair cooperation.
Shaping a Sustainable Economy
Responsibility begins with one’s own decisions. We consciously select local service providers, invest in the further training of every team member, and trust that people shape their work independently.

It’s about turning conviction into action. Clearly, with commitment and together.

As a signatory of the Diversity Charter, we highlight what is important to us. We want a workplace where people from different backgrounds can find their place and contribute their unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives.
Diversity is evident in our daily routine, in meetings, in discussions, in who gets a word in, whose perspective is considered, and where we consciously still need to make adjustments. Different experiences help us make better decisions, both professionally and personally, because they open our eyes and point us toward things we might overlook on our own.
Respect and fairness are our standards for everyday life, renewed every day. We have blind spots and days when things go wrong, situations where someone is neglected or we are still searching for the right words. What is crucial for us is that we can talk about it, listen, adjust, and learn from it, and that we work together to ensure this promise is reflected step by step in our interactions.
